We are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about leading a team to meet ambitious sales targets and contribute to our meaningful mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Team Leadership: Build, train, and lead a sales team to excel in their roles, ensuring high performance and dedication.

Revenue Generation: Drive the team to achieve and surpass PHP 50,000 in weekly revenue targets.

Client Acquisition: Develop tactics to increase client base and meet quarterly acquisition goals, focusing on quality and sustainable growth.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize CRM and sales metrics to track team performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, with substantial experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a history of successfully managing a remote team.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and KPI reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and empathetic client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
