    Description

    Marketing Manager Role

    We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Pronto Labour Team.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Marketing - FMCG or Food Industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Digital Advertising: Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive sales.
    • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand image and identity across all marketing channels.
    • Project Management: Plan, coordinate and execute marketing projects from start to finish.
    • E-Commerce & Influencer Marketing: Develop and execute e-commerce and influencer marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.
    • Graphic Design: Create visual content for marketing materials, including logos, brochures and social media graphics.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Marketing - FMCG or Food Industry.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, brand management, project management, e-commerce & influencer marketing and graphic design.
    • Certifications: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & Email Marketing Trends.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Develop & Manage the Marketing Budget: Analyze market trends and develop a marketing budget that aligns with business objectives.
    • Analyze KPIs & Generate Reports: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to stakeholders.
    • Develop PRESS Releases & Manage Media Relations: Craft and distribute press releases to media outlets and build relationships with journalists and influencers.
    • Plan & Co-ordinate BRAND EVENTS/PRODUCT LAUNCHES & TRADE SHOWS: Plan and coordinate events, product launches and trade shows to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
