Description
A small property company has a vacancy for a property administrator based at their Umhlanga Head Office. This position would suit applicants who are out-going and happy to work in a busy small team.


Applicants must have:
- good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional demeanour
- good planning and organising skills

  • Minimum of a Matric;
- at least 2-3 years of administration and /or PA experience
- good knowledge of MS office incl Word & Excel
- good planning and organising and customers service skills

The main duties are split between PA and property administration duties and involve:

  • Administering the Property Group
  • Ensuring that all invoices are sent out timeously.
  • Ensuring that all utility invoices have been allocated and invoiced to the tenants.
  • Organising and scheduling any maintenance that might need to be done on the 3 properties.
  • Acquire 3 quotes for any work needing to be done.
  • Capture all invoices onto the system.
  • Deal with any account queries that they might have.
  • Ensure that all rentals are received timeously.
  • Managing the front desk and ensuring that appointments have been made for any visitors.
  • Managing the diaries of the MD and the Senior Financial Manager and assisting with any work overflow which might be related to filing, phoning, and organising.
  • Managing the ordering of office supplies and ensuring that the property office functions smoothly.

Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Property Administration: 1 year (preferred)
