An experienced Hotel General Manager is sought for this hotel situated in Sandton, Gauteng.


Requirements:


  • Have a good understanding of business functions such as human resources, finance, sales and marketing, revenue management, and hotel operations.
  • Are competent in strategic planning and have proven leadership abilities.
  • Are able to clearly demonstrate problemsolving skills in a fastpaced environment and able to meet deadlines.
  • Are a team player, coach, and mentor to colleagues where necessary and able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Able to provide innovative ideas and have an excellent understanding of budgets and finances from an operational perspective.
  • Have a passion for Hospitality, with the drive to provide extraordinary experiences
  • Have a tertiary qualification in Hospitality with 7 years of experience as Hotel Operations Manager, or General Manager with proven experience using Opera, Micros, and Microsoft Office.
  • Open to SA citizens only
