Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Short Term Broker / Commercial Specialist.

The Broker will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks, including conducting market research, identifying potential clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

The Broker will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with EXISTING clients and developing new business opportunities should the need arise.

Qualifications

Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales
5 plus years in insurance industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Experience in commercial real estate or related field is a plus
Certifications related to the industry such as RE or related to selling commercial lines
Key Individual would be a bonus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of the local commercial real estate market, experience in the sales process, and proficiency in using CRM software.
