- Degree in Property Management highly advantageous
- Registered with EAAB and having a valid FFC
- Paddocks Sectional Title Scheme UCT qualification advantageous
- A minimum of 510 years management & planning experience.
- A minimum of 510 years client services / marketing experience
- Experience in direct management and supervision of staff
