    Job Purpose

    We are inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the New Business Sales Partner position based in the Jetpark branch. The role is responsible for securing new customers for Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts.

    Duties

    • Secure new clients that match the ideal RTT Contract Logistics/Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts product profile and client profile.
    • Prospect effectively to secure appointments with qualified leads.
    • Manage pipeline to ensure conversion rate and revenue targets are met.
    • Plan, execute, and pitch to clients.
    • Understand and promote RTT differentiators in the market.
    • Handle and overcome client objections.
    • Present to clients at an advanced level.
    • Understand and answer RFPs/Tenders.
    • Mastery of market trends and seasonality.
    • Sales success and full knowledge of the sales process.
    • Meet and exceed revenue targets for the department.
    • Convert new relationships into repeat business.
    • Negotiate with accounts within price guidelines for maximum profits.
    • Execute negotiations through prospecting, cold calling, quantifying, and closing deals.
    • Converse with all client levels (Strategic, Tactical Operational).
    • Follow up on customer communications in a timely manner.
    • Develop and lead short and long-term strategies.
    • Promote services and products across entities.
    • Maintain market information and participate in business development through regular meetings.
    • Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations.
    • Work closely with Operations to implement new clients successfully, adhering to SOP, SLA, KPI, and RFQ requirements.
    • High administrative capability.
    • Record and report on customer details and sales visits.
    • Attend training to stay updated on relevant sales skills.
    • Submit weekly/monthly reports on time as required by the business.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Contract Logistics/Warehousing and Dedicated Contracts Services.
    • Selling Client Specific Warehousing Solutions.
    • Proficiency in general MS Office Suite.
    • Advanced understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong Consultative selling Skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Analytical skills.
    • Presentation skills.
    • Negotiation skills.
