    **Store Manager Position**

    International premium brand retailers are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead their retail teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient sales processes.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures, including credit and criminal history checks.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (Grade 12 or equivalent)
    • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
    • Strong PC literacy and ability to work with various software applications.
