    Qualifications:
    • BCom Accounting
    • Must have relevant 5 to 8 years experience solid track record working as a Financial Manager
    • Payroll Experience ESSENTIAL
    • Sage Evolution Experience ESSENTIAL
    • Must have a valid drivers licence, own transport advised
    • Must be prepared to travel if required by the company
    • Must be able to manage the financial team
    • Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest,Passionate
    Skills:
    • MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) Advanced
    • Sage Evolution Experience ESSENTIAL
    Job description:
    • Management of accounts department
    • Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CEO and Board Level
    • Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management
    • Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls
    • Cash Flow forecasting
    • Payroll for total staff complement
    • Training of Staff from various backgrounds and skills levels
    • Statutory submissions
    • Year End Audits
    • Annual Budgets
    • As the Financial Manager, your previous experience includes, but is not limited to heading up finance, as a self-driven individual with very little financial supervision. You should be commercially astute with strong leadership qualities.
