Description

The Insurance Learning and Development Facilitator will be responsible for staff training requirements, programs, and career development needs within Outworx.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct training sessions, workshops or individual training sessions. To deliver training content and competency assessments
  • To prepare and maintain all training and learning material and competency assessments.
  • Ensure all training and learning material is updated and aligned to the Quality Management Systems.
  • Communicate and report accurate performance metrics to the Learning and Development Manager.
  • Actively promote and implement the Outworx culture to ensure a culture of Excellence.
  • Support Training and Development in an effective and motivational manner.

Requirements:


  • Matric or equivalent
  • NQF4 level equivalent
  • Literate in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • OGI experience is required
  • Previous training experience
  • Must be able to work shifts
  • Previous Insurance experience required
