Description
The Insurance Learning and Development Facilitator will be responsible for staff training requirements, programs, and career development needs within Outworx.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions, workshops or individual training sessions. To deliver training content and competency assessments
- To prepare and maintain all training and learning material and competency assessments.
- Ensure all training and learning material is updated and aligned to the Quality Management Systems.
- Communicate and report accurate performance metrics to the Learning and Development Manager.
- Actively promote and implement the Outworx culture to ensure a culture of Excellence.
- Support Training and Development in an effective and motivational manner.
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- NQF4 level equivalent
- Literate in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- OGI experience is required
- Previous training experience
- Must be able to work shifts
- Previous Insurance experience required
