    Job Title: IS Support Specialist

    We are looking for a dedicated IS Support Specialist ready to perform critical operations, configurations, and maintenance on our production systems. Your role will involve tracking, managing, and reporting on IT problems, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining seamless operations.     Responsibilities:

    1. Ensure that automated and data distribution processes are executed in a timely manner and adhere to service level agreements for both internal and external business clients.
    2. Document all automated and data distribution processes, service level agreements, and escalation procedures, including incidents, errors, and workarounds in the register.
    3. Perform all relevant predefined support and maintenance requests.
    4. Elevate all relevant incidents and errors to applicable second- and third-line support.
    5. Conduct trend analysis on incidents and problems to identify problem areas.
    6. Implement proactive measures, tools, and systems to monitor availability of service components and data.
    7. Collaborate closely with teams to ensure a continuous, stable, and efficient environment.
    8. Efficiently and accurately execute core job aspects.

    Requirements:

    Ideal qualifications/skills:

    1. A relevant Degree or Diploma.

    Ideal experience:

    1. A minimum of 2 years commercial application monitoring and support experience; ideally in the Investment Management and Financial Services industry or similar environment.
