Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fashion store.

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, and providing exceptional customer service to every shopper.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage store to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
Create and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability, including identifying trends, analyzing sales data, and developing promotional campaigns
Ensure that the store is wellstocked and merchandised in accordance with company standards and guidelines
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and loss prevention
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring that every shopper receives exceptional service and assistance
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all displays are wellmaintained and uptodate
Hire, train, and schedule sales associates as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels
Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure that store operations are aligned with companywide goals and objectives

Requirements:

Minimum of 35 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual display techniques
Experience with cash management, inventory control, and loss prevention
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary:
From R4,000.00 per month
