    Business Development Consultant
    We are seeking a self-motivated sales professional with experience in prospecting new business development and managing a great sales team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop new business models for client relationships and lead generation across the Eastern Cape, tailored to individual clients.
    • Present research-based recommendations to support business growth.
    • Analyze market conditions to inform company strategies.
    • Evaluate and refine sales, advertising, marketing, and related strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for Service Level Agreements at head office level for national clients.
    • Create engaging presentations for potential clients.
    • Assess company competition and offerings.
    • Provide leads to Recruitment & Selection Division and HR Solutions Divisions.
    • Conduct research on improving services and quality control.
    • Foster relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular meetings.
    • Maintain accurate client records and develop networking opportunities.
    • Negotiate contracts and licenses as required.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
    • Research market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Develop strategies to reduce losses and increase profits.
    • Enhance existing accounts to drive increased business.
    • Implement products and services that meet customer needs.
    • Analyze company trends to minimize losses.
    • Serve as the company's representative in trade associations and promotional events.
    • Maintain open communication with personnel regarding business opportunities and challenges.
    • Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.

    Requirements:

    • At least 10 years of sales and business development experience.
    • A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
    • Human Resources and consulting experience preferred.
    • Proven track record in closing national deals.
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to travel throughout the Eastern Cape.
