    We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to enhance our team.

    The successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative functions that contribute to the efficient running of our office.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Oversee general office administrative functions, including inventory management of office supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and managing office space bookings.

    2. Act as the primary point of contact for guests by overseeing the reception area, handling phone inquiries, and directing requests appropriately.

    3. Organize and schedule appointments for both staff and clients, ensuring meetings are coordinated effectively and conducted on time.

    4. Prepare and maintain various documents, such as correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets, utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Assist in drafting and distributing communications as necessary.

    5. Maintain systematic records and filing systems, ensuring all documents are well-organized and readily accessible.
    6. Provide general assistance to the team as required, including support for special projects and events.


    Qualifications:
