Description
We are looking for a Resolutions Administrator to join our growing Operations Team. The role would include claim outcome investigations and contacting clients to explain how the outcome was reached.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Role Responsibilities

  • Investigate claims outcomes.
  • Manage, resolve, and educate the client on the Terms and conditions of policies.
  • Escalate queries when necessary.
  • Liaise with assessors and Team leaders.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete daily reports
  • Keeping track of all completed tasks
  • Reach set Targets.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Grade 12 Essential
  • A Completed RE5 is beneficial.
  • A NQ5 short term certificate is beneficial.
  • 13 years of experience in a call centre environment
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
