Cleaning Services Contract Manager
Duties:
- Manage cleaning staff on site.
- Ensure that delegated work is executed correctly and up to the required standard.
- Site & equipment inspections and adequate record keeping
- Monthly and weekly operational and administrative reporting
- Any other reasonable duty or instruction (that may not be mentioned in the job description) that may be requested, in writing or verbally, by management from time to time.
- Building and maintaining a good relationship with the client
- Ensure on site staff count is adhered to
Requirements:
- Excellent management skills
- At least two years' operational experience
- Fluent in at least two South African languages, of which one must be English
- Good communication skills: written and spoken
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Disciplined
