Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Organize and maintain employee personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. Employee personal details )
  • Keeping employee records up to date and accurate
  • Filing according to HR standards and procedures
  • Answer employees' queries about HRrelated issues as and when is required
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Monitoring time and attendance

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or Administrator assist advantageous
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Education

  • Matric
- qualification in HR or Administration - advantageous

  • 2 year of experience as an Administrator
