Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain employee personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. Employee personal details )
- Keeping employee records up to date and accurate
- Filing according to HR standards and procedures
- Answer employees' queries about HRrelated issues as and when is required
- Participate in HR projects
- Monitoring time and attendance
Skills and Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or Administrator assist advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Education
- Matric
- 2 year of experience as an Administrator
- Previously disadvantaged females and employees with disabilities are encouraged to apply._
Salary:
Up to R5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
