    Senior Store Manager

    Fashion Retail Brand is seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead a team in Morning Side Centre, Sandton. The ideal candidate will drive results by implementing effective leadership, communication, world-class service, talent management, merchandising excellence, and operational compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategically drive sales, productivity, and profit goals
    2. Motivate teams and create a vibrant store environment
    3. Implement visual merchandising and control expenses
    4. Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage meets company standards
    5. Develop staff, manage employee relations, and implement performance management

    Requirements:

    1. A combination of or equivalent to post-secondary education
    2. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Store Manager/Junior Area Manager in the fashion/apparel/footwear brand environment
    3. Strong sales experience and proficient in Microsoft applications
    4. Sales-focused with a proven sales track record and strong problem-solving skills
    5. Knowledge of company strategy/policy/procedure and outstanding leadership skills
    6. Ability to manage a functional team and excellent communication/presentation skills

    This role requires a go-getter attitude, positive outlook, and high level of organisation. Traveling is required, so a valid driver's license and own vehicle are essential.

    What We Offer:

    • R20,000 CTC per month
