    Job Title: Accounts Coordinator / Traffic Manager (with Project Management Skills)

    Location: Sandown, Sandton

    Work Environment: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)

    Seniority Level: Intermediate

    The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and fostering strong relationships.
    • Coordinate and schedule projects across teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deadlines are met.
    • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and address potential bottlenecks proactively.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations.
    • Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and any changes.
    • Manage client accounts, including budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting on account performance.
    • Work closely with leadership to streamline workflows and optimise operational efficiency.
    • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and clear communication.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in account coordination, project management, or traffic management.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
