Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and providing necessary guidance and support.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the availability of highquality ingredients and supplies.
Create and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain financial records, analyse sales data, and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Open and closing of the CK Café.
