Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and providing necessary guidance and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the availability of highquality ingredients and supplies.
  • Create and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain financial records, analyse sales data, and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Open and closing of the CK Café.
