Manage Complex care division teams' performance by:

• performing quarterly performance reviews of the consultants.

- review talent across the department with Operations Manager.
- ensure the team meet and exceed KPI's and targets.
- manage daily/weekly performance improvement.
- manage hours conversion, to maximise productivity, drive growth and ensure service delivery.
- providing direction, support, and guidance to the wider team as and when needed.
- manage workplace discipline.
- plan and execute department annual leave process.

Leverage skills by on the job coaching and supporting training programmes.

Implement high quality customer service across the division by:

• reviewing recruitment activity to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

- ensuring the ongoing accuracy or weekly rota's and payroll.
- lead the organisation and initiation of new contracts of all new healthcare workers.
- have an active client support role, while managing specific key accounts and overseeing all activities of the business


Manage divisions operations by:
- be forthcoming with business process ideas.
- driving productivity through systems and adhoc incentives.

Salary:
Up to R20 000,00 per month


Education:

• Diploma (required)

Experience:

• Healthcare Recruitment and Sales: 3 years (required)
• Managing a small team of sales representatives: 2 years (required)
