An international impact Investor in the southern Suburbs is looking for a HR & Operations Project Administrator for a 6-month, fixed term contract.

This role offers flexible remote working, hours are negotiable within core business hours, with 1 day a week in office.

The Cape Town office is growing, and they therefore need an experienced individual that can work and think independently.


Required Experience:


  • A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role in either HR, Project Admin, or could come from an executive assistant background where you have performed similar duties.
  • Intermediate Excel skills: Formula's and calculations; pivot tables, graphs with some basic data analysis skills are essential
  • Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee contracts, GDPR compliance, policies would be highly beneficial
  • Exposure to Salesforce would be highly beneficial
  • Matric with relevant Degree or Diploma is essential

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • HR Admin: Payroll admin, recruitment support, onboarding support, employee contract generation, policy review and updates, etc.
  • Information gathering, analysis, and report writing
  • Internal shared drive cleanup, filing and management,
  • Project Admin: task planning & tracking, ensuring deadlines are met, progress updates and communication. Creating and updating workflows
  • Schedule management & meeting administration: schedule meetings, minute taking and action communication
  • Ad hoc duties
