    Supervisor Installation Support Job Description:

    We are seeking a Supervisor to join our Installation Support team at our head office in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, handling customer escalations, identifying opportunities, and setting targets.

    This role involves directly managing the agents - departmental KPIs, ensuring proper training, application of offers, and customer management is done efficiently. Effective communication and feedback to sales and other parts of the organization is essential to ensure a feedback loop that enhances the overall customer experience and strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Tracker products and services to existing and prospective clients
    • Ensure telephonic requests are handled efficiently, maintaining AB rate & Service Levels
    • Handle email requests (VAX) efficiently, maintaining service level agreements
    • Manage all customer activities and daily department operations
    • Improve customer satisfaction through process improvements
    • Listen to calls to improve quality and minimize errors; track agent performance
    • Review staff performance and identify training needs
    • Collate and discuss KPAs; implement Performance Improvement Plans/Performance Development Plans as needed
    • Take disciplinary action in accordance with the Company's code of conduct
    • Record stats, analyze trends, and prepare reports on call center performance and sales targets
    • Handle complex customer complaints
    • Cook, train, motivate, and retain staff
    • Manage department resources to support customer demands and needs
    • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with internal departments, management, and external customers
    • Manage campaigns and projects allocated
    • Assist with assigned tasks or duties by the Manager
    • Prepare department weekly and monthly reports

    Requirements:

    • NQF level 5 or higher qualification
    • Minimum 3 years Call Centre supervisory/leadership experience
    • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Prior experience in managing or working in a customer service environment advantageous
    • Familiarity with Industrial Relations, Customer Relations, and general management advantageous
