    Procurement Administration Manager

    At Datacentrix, we are seeking a Procurement Administration Manager for a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in people management and be responsible for coordinating projects related to the Procurement and Administration departments.

    The successful candidate will engage with Sales and Services Business Units on various matters, including queries, reports, reconciliations, and suggested corrective and preventative actions. They will also be responsible for query resolutions and reconciliation to resolve any discrepancies.

    Strict adherence to Company Policy is mandatory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate projects between Procurement and Administration departments.
    • Manage Item Code Administration function.
    • Engage with Sales and Services Business Units on various matters.
    • Resolve queries and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Enforce strict adherence to Company Policy.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric/Grade 12 plus Certificate/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with procurement, document management, and administration.
    • Experience in EXCO and Holdings reporting and presentations.
    • Management of multiple departments and functions.
    • Item Code Administration and SHEQ experience (ISO9001/14001/45001).
    • Ability to identify and provide internal training.
    • End-to-end large project management.

    Performance Indicators:

    • Effective Item Code Administration and Document Management.
    • OLA Management: Process all required transactions, manage probable exceptions to stay in OLA.
    • Staff Management: Goal settings and KPI Management, Performance appraisals, employee engagement, collate and implement internal and external training.
    • Performance Management: EXCO, Management, Operational, Statistical, and Analytical reporting. Enforcement and maintenance of all relevant policies and procedures. Vendor and Contractor Management, including KPI measurement and meetings.
    • Process Management: Document control and storage aligned to policy.
    • SHEQ Compliance: ISO9001:2015/ISO14001:2015/ISO45001:2018. Completion of departmental objectives, actions, and risk registers. Root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action. Participation in annual accreditation, surveillance, and process audits.
