Positioning itself at the nexus of Ed-Tech and Med-Tech, The Baby Academy was founded in 2019 and is growing rapidly worldwide with 16 full-time staff and 92 educators.

The Baby Academy has incredibly ambitious growth plans and is looking for an Office Administrator to join its team to help with the hiring of Healthcare Professionals to deliver classes here at The Baby Academy across the United States.

Roles and responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Connect and message Midwifes from specific states across the US on Linkedin
  • Set up initial interview calls between a member of The Baby Academy recruiting team and interested Healthcare Professionals
  • Ensure all documents related to our instructor hiring are organised and uptodate
  • Support company founder with all administrative tasks related to instructor hiring


  • Tenacious in work ethic with a willingness to succeed in this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with a variety of different people, identifying their needs, conveying our mission, handling any objections and collecting the vital information that allows us to perform at our best
  • Tech savvy with outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with change in a rapidly growing organisation

Working hours:

  • Monday
  • Friday 9:30am6:30pm

R14,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 2023/05/02
