Description
We have 2 positions open in this area at the moment.

One position is with a dealership which is part of a large motor group and the other with a private group.

Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership. This is a and a fantastic team to be part of.

Requirements:

Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 3 years.
Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Automate
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
Clear criminal record
Credit record with no judgements
Valid driver's license
