• Prioritize quotes to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Provide product information, address customer queries, and guide them through the sales process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
• Provide regular updates on progress as well as challenges.
• Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction and areas for improvement.
• Communicate feedback to relevant teams for continuous product or service enhancement.
• Travel to various sites to meet with clients and gather information to compile quotes.

• A minimum of 5years experience in sales.
• Some form of industry related experience.
• Business Administrative degree or related field is beneficial.
