_Job description:
_

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work with a team to ensure that the solar systems are installed correctly and operating at maximum efficiency._

_Requirements:
_
- _ Semi Skilled Electrical experience_
- _ PV Experience_
- _ DC and AC Experience (non-negotiable)_
- _ Experience with residential and commercial solar installations_

_ Responsibilities:
_
- _ Installing Solar PV projects according to the engineering pack, following applicable HR codes and Company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety._
- _ Complete Solar PV Systems according to provided timelines on timely manner._
- _ Ensure efficient workmanship on all projects_
- _ Follow all instructions conducted by Project Managers and Foremen_
- _ Assembling solar modules and support structures, as instructed by your foreman_
- _ Installing of inverters as per inverter specification and engineering pack_
- _ Installing of batteries as per specification and engineering pack_
- _ Documenting installation progress such as, wire management, serial numbers, site map_
- _ Maintaining a positive working dynamic within fellow installation crews_
- _ Maintain housekeeping at work location (site, office, and company vehicles)_
- _ Maintaining excellent lines of communication_
- _ Providing constructive feedback to management_
- _ Responsible for all equipment issued to them from the company_
- _ Complete any additional ad hoc tasks requested by Senior Management_
