We are a reputable company located in Cape Town, South Africa, and we're currently seeking an Office Manager Assistant to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Administrative Excellence: Effectively manage office administrative tasks, including document management, record keeping, and correspondence, to ensure an organized and efficient workplace.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee office facilities, ensuring they are wellmaintained, secure, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to all departments, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various tasks to enhance team productivity.
  • Finance Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to manage office expenses, monitor budgets, and handle petty cash responsibly.
  • Human Resources Assistance: Support HR in recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintaining employee records to foster a positive work environment.
  • Vendor Management: Engage with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely payment processing.

Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce health and safety policies to create a secure and compliant working environment.

  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) as an Office Manager Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as MS Office and cloudbased platforms.
  • Solid understanding of office management procedures and systems.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
