1. Tourism knowledge - Hotels, Flights and Packages


  • Multi-channel work capability.
  • Ability to learn new hospitality systems.
  • Multitasking - working with variant channels: zendesk, slack, hospitality systems.
  • Issue all tickets that automation does not for the corporate department, on sites
  • Customer call back when necessary
  • Assist onsite customers 8. Answer complaints and claims ( first level only )
  • Act as a resource/support for Level 1 agent with complex customer cases questions 10. GDS knowledge is a plus - Amadeus as a priority - Quote, Price and Amend a ticket 11. Excell, Word knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong team player qualities
  • The ability to work variable shifts

Requirements:


  • Two years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Experience in booking online travel and general geographic knowledge (required).
  • Tourism knowledge - hotel, flights, transfers (amendments: changes, cancelation, additional services, ex...).
  • Multitasking - working with variant channels: mail, chat/whatsapp, phone, slack, monday, hospitality systems.
  • Patient and creative.
  • Good at work under pressure.
  • Writing capabilities.
  • Excell, word knowledge.

Salary:
R10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Century City,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
