Description
Full debtors function, includes invoicing and sending out statements
Debtor's reconciliation and remittances in Xero
Reports on accounts receivable
Attending to account queries
Collection of money
Liaising with sales, production and development staff, as well as debtors
Assisting financial manager


Required:

Experience with accounting software, ideally Xero and working with Excel sheets and formulae
Vast knowledge of accounting procedures
Accurate processing of VAT
Work well in a fast-paced team environment
