    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR and Office Administration professional to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and contributing to the success of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office Administration:

    • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and appointments, and perform clerical duties.
    • Greet visitors at reception, print and photocopy documents, and type up letters and reports.
    • Update computer records using a database, maintain office equipment, and ensure systems are secure and up to date.
    • Coordinate with IT support, manage office supplies inventory, and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and productive office environment and perform other assigned duties.

    HR Administration:

    • Assist in onboarding new employees, maintaining employee files and databases, and processing payroll.
    • Support performance appraisals, monitor and assess employee performance, and provide feedback and support.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, act as a point of contact for employees, and mediate conflicts.

    Requirements

    • Matric certification
    • At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
