    A wholesale & distribution company (transportation and storage of white & red meat, vegetables, dairy, seafood, and processed meat) Is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in the dynamic environment of the FMCG industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in the recruitment process, specifically focusing on roles within the FMCG industry, such as traders, logistics specialists, and quality control personnel.

    Coordinate new hire orientations, ensuring that new employees are familiarized with industry-specific regulations and practices.

    Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing necessary support, particularly in the context of the meat trading industry''s unique challenges.

    Foster positive employee relations through regular communication, and understanding the specific demands and stressors faced by employees in the industry.

    Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, paying special attention to certifications and industry-specific qualifications.

    Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the specific regulatory requirements of the meat trading industry.

    Prepare HR-related documents and reports, customizing them to meet industry standards.

    Administer employee benefits programs, considering the specific needs and expectations of employees in the meat trading industry.

    Support in the management of payroll processes, taking into account the variable nature of compensation structures in the industry.

    Qualifications:

    Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Knowledge of HR practices specific to the meat trading industry is a plus.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

    Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
