Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Our ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of food and beverage services across our dining venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Supervision: Ensure that all aspects of food and beverage operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, chefs, and other food service personnel to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Quality Service: Maintain attention to detail and ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience through quality service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of food and beverages, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the executive chef and management team to develop seasonal menus and special offers that meet customer expectations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health standards at all times.
• Guest Relations: Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain positive guest relations.
• Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient lodge operations.

Requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage management or supervision, ideally in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
• Education: A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
