15+ years experience- Project management and delivery of project outcomes within the HR and Payroll domain experience
- Communication skills for clientfacing engagements
- Functional experience across ECC HR and Payroll (including time management module) and with experience in sap Successfactors specifically EC and compensation MGT
- At least 4 successful endtoend sap system implementations in the hr and payroll (including time management module) domain from analysis, design, build, test, deploy and PGLS
- Experience in mining payroll and time management implementations, with expertise in the latest S/4 HR compatibility pack an advantage
