    Job Title: Booking Agent

    IGrow Wealth Investments, a leading property investment company in South Africa, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Booking Agent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and book 10 consultations per day with potential clients for personal meetings or virtual consultations.
    • Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that every client is contacted at least 24 times via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email within a 6-month period.
    • Screen clients thoroughly to identify their needs and affordability for investing according to qualifying questions as per the documented script.
    • Complete a minimum of 120 activities, including calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails, per day.
    • Assist with marketing materials and confirm client attendance for seminars and showhouses.
    • Perform general reception duties, such as operating the switchboard, answering calls, taking messages, and greeting clients/visitors.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a telesales role.
    • Ability to make 100-120 outbound calls per day.
    • Maintain professional telephone etiquette.
    • Positive, can-do attitude and professionalism.
    • Experience in the property industry is beneficial but not required.

    Working Hours:

    Work on a Saturday from 09:00 – 13:00 on a roster basis. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
