Senior Engineering Workshop Head

Northern Cape

R80 000 negotiable

Contract until December 2023 and thereafter possibility of permanent opportunity

Exciting chance for an experienced leader, proficient in managing a large tooling or similar heavy equipment engineering facility in a high production setting

Responsibilities:

  • Improving workshop performance
  • Handling parts and general site-wide engineering
  • Overall management of costs, budgeting, and financial aspects of the division
  • High achiever with a dynamic hands-on and confident management approach


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract Length:
12 months



Salary:
Up to R80,000.00 per month



Education:
Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
- Running a large tooling: 10 years (preferred)
- Heavy equipment engineering facility: 10 years (preferred)

  • Improving workshop performance: 6 years (preferred)
  • Handling parts and general site-wide engineering: 5 years (preferred)
  • Overall management of costs, budgeting, and finance: 5 years (preferred)
  • High achiever with dynamic hands: 7 years (preferred)
