We are looking for a Customer Service Representative Manager to join our team at Switch Elektrik Pty Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
