    NetSuite Systems Analyst

    Description

    NetSuite Systems Analyst's role is to ensure that the NetSuite application is maintained according to the business requirements. They are responsible for determining the NetSuite needs of a client and translating them into NetSuite system specifications. They will also assist in troubleshooting issues and writing knowledge base articles/work instructions, testing the system and training the end users on the NetSuite program. Brainstorming new ways to add more functionality to systems and review NetSuite process for non-value added activities. He or she will continuously action new business requirements using technologies available to implement the desired functionality.

    Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support existing NetSuite application software.
  • Responsible for managing NetSuite work requests.
  • Resolve NetSuite Help Desk issues.
  • Support NetSuite system upgrades and new module implementations.
  • Design / Develop / maintain customized modules based on user requirements.
  • Create and maintain interfaces to other systems around NetSuite
  • Writing instruction manuals for systems
  • Training end users
  • Consulting with managers to determine what role the systems play in the business
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of system analysis experience in NetSuite environment
  • In-depth working knowledge in NetSuite applications and processing within MFG environment
  • Experience in integrating NetSuite with other applications
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with QAD ERP and Oracle NetSuite would be a plus
  • Self-starter and Passionate
  • Good analytical skills
  • Quick learner who requires minimum supervision and possesses good problem solving skills
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
