Basic Requirements:
Applicants must be South African citizens with valid passports, aged below 30.
Possession of a valid South African driver's license and access to reliable transport is essential.
A good Matric certificate with a technical aptitude is required.
Comfortability with industrial environments and basic English numeracy and literacy are necessary.
Technology literacy is important, as is current residence within 100km of Potchefstroom.
Applicants must be willing to work on-site and stay in guest house accommodation.
A clean criminal record and physical fitness for site work are prerequisites.
Some verified history of formal employment is preferred.

While we do not require candidates to be engineers, metallurgists, fitters, or instrument techs, they must possess a basic mechanical aptitude.

This includes an understanding of how mechanical things work and why they work as they do, along with comfortability with machines and the people who operate and maintain them.
