    Experienced Senior Project Administrator sought to efficiently manage project documentation and vendor coordination for large-scale projects with a focus on administrative accuracy and systematic organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Document Management: Organize, store, and manage project documentation using Microsoft SharePoint or equivalent document management systems.
    • SAP CRM / ERP System Support: Maintain and manage data within SAP CRM or other ERP systems, supporting project managers with project updates and tracking.
    • Project Documentation: Administer project specifications, closeout documents, purchase orders, and invoices for each project phase.
    • Vendor Coordination: Perform project site visits and engage with vendors to ensure deliverables meet project standards and timelines.
    • Complex Project Systems: Use and maintain complex project administration systems, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined operations.
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Create and manage spreadsheets and project documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Communication: Provide clear and professional communication across teams, clients, and vendors.

    Requirements:

    • Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or relevant technical certification in Project Administration or related field, minimum 8 years' experience in project administration, strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and SAP CRM, proven administrative expertise, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
