    We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Persona Staff, specializing in agricultural sector projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and engineering polyethylene greenhouses, with a strong focus on structural steel designs and building elements.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Creating detailed designs and calculations for greenhouse structures, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes.
    • Collaborating with the Engineering Manager to ensure seamless integration between greenhouse structures and other systems, such as heating, ventilation, electrical, and water.
    • Providing technical input to support the execution process, including procurement, manufacturing, QA, and installation.
    • Managing the development of assemblies and components in SolidWorks.

    Requirements for the role include:

    • BSc Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
    • Matric certificate.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in RISA-3D, RAM Elements, CASTA, or similar structural engineering software.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
    • Ability to travel within South Africa and Africa.
