    An opportunity for an experienced REFRACTORY SPECIALIST is required for permanent employment based in Richards Bay.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing and Maintaining the Companies performance in terms of the Supply and Installation of Refractory products in the various sectors that the Company is involved in
    • Providing material installation support for continued business growth.
    • Developing a good working /professional relationship with the all the Companies current customers. It is important for maintaining our current business and developing new business in the future in terms of Refractory Installation and Supply
    • Also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all the installation equipment.
    • Supporting the customer''s use of refractory products through direct, hands-on installation of products; supporting the customer''s use of refractory products by providing material installation support
    • Coordinating, Set up, Preparation and safe Execution of various Installation Projects.

    EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

    • Minimum 10 years work experience in the Refractory Projects and Maintenance Fields. (Proven Track record with References)
    • Matric (Must have passes in Maths and Science)
    • Ability to formulate and tender for Refractory Projects
    • Ability to read, understand and work in conformity with Refractory drawings and details
    • Organized individual with emphasis on quality and the ability to meet deadlines
    • Must be Computer Literate MS Word, Excell, MS Projects, Presentations
    • Must be able to work and understand the safe operation and maintenance of equipment (refractory Mixers, Brick cutters pumps, gunite machines etc)
    • Drivers license
    • Position is based in Richards Bay, local residency required (Relocation not included)
