Overall Responsibility:

Creating, sharing and updating reports to enable the commercial and sales teams to make informed decisions.
Importing, cleaning and combining data from various sources into usable formats and data dashboards on the Business Intelligence system.
Maintaining data integrity and upkeep of data dashboards

Focus Area 1:

Reporting

Creating new reports for various business needs
Timeously sharing accurate reports to correct stakeholders
Keeping standard reports up to date

Core KPI:

Reports shared on time in full and accurate

Focus Area 2:

Data Processing and Integrity Management

Importing of data from various sources into the BI system
Ensuring data and information shared with stakeholders are trustworthy and up to date

Core KPI:

Data is correct and loaded within specified timelines

Requirements of the Role:

Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or Similar
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite Programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong logical and analytical skills
Detail orientated
Ability to communicate complex information in an easy to understand format
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Prior experience with coding

Preferred Skills/Competencies:

Prior knowledge of BI systems' front and back end

Good coding knowledge

Preferably Python, R, C, etc.
