- Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and greeting guests.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar scheduling appointments and meetings coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence presentations and reports.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Assist with preparation of project proposals and other business development activities.
- Conduct research gathering data for various projects and assignments.
- Help plan and organize company events and team meetings.

- Strong written verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in project coordination event planning is a plus.
