    As an Administrative Assistant at Global Policy Ltd, you will play a critical role supporting our team in daily operations. You will work with a diverse and talented group of individuals passionate about making a positive impact on the global policy landscape.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and greeting guests.
    2. Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar scheduling appointments and meetings coordinating travel arrangements.
    3. Prepare and edit correspondence presentations and reports.
    4. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
    5. Assist with preparation of project proposals and other business development activities.
    6. Conduct research gathering data for various projects and assignments.
    7. Help plan and organize company events and team meetings.
    8. Handle procurement and office supply management.
    9. Perform various administrative duties such as data entry mailing and filing.
    10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient effective office operations.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role preferably in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
    3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multitask effectively.
    4. Strong written verbal communication skills.
    5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
    6. Ability to maintain confidentiality handle sensitive information with discretion.
    7. Proactive resourceful with a can-do attitude.
    8. Strong attention to detail.
    9. Experience in project coordination event planning is a plus.
