Our client within automotive requires an HRBP to assist Management with HR Administration, Manpower Planning and Recruitment Practices, Facilitating IR (Disciplinary and grievances), Performance evaluation, Skills Analysis, Facilitation of training and Succession planning.

Key Performance Areas

  • Coordinate the Company Manpower planning
  • Coordinate the Company Recruitment practices
  • Coordinate HR Administration
  • Facilitate Induction process and Exit Interviews.
  • Performance Appraisals.
  • Facilitate IR Matters (Disciplinary and Grievances).
  • Facilitate and assess training as per company M2S requirements
  • Update company training records as per company requirement
  • Provide feedback to Management on all functions
  • Succession planning

Skills required

  • National legislation: BCEA and Employment Equity
  • Manpower planning principles
  • Recruitment and selection principles

Minimum Qualifications/Experience Required

  • B degree in Behavioural Sciences or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years general HR experience
  • Automotive experience essential
