Responsibilities

  • Overall management of EDI which accounts for 80% of the SA BU's revenue stream.
  • Expansion of EDI customer base.
  • Overall accountability for customer master data
  • Accountability for baler orders for the overall SA BU
  • Ensure price files and pricing in ALL Field sales systems are aligned and correct
  • Approval of ALL promotions on invoice for organised trade
  • Update promotions for NPDs and price increase
  • Lead a team of three direct reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within fastpaced supply chain operation
  • Good analytical and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of FMCG products and market
  • Understanding of a diverse customer base
  • Understanding of ERP system process and key system functions related to demand planning, master scheduling and inventory management
  • Basic computer skills
  • Innovating and supportive of change / new processes
  • Driving for results and efficiencies
  • Creating an Inclusive Culture with team
  • Building & develop his / her team
  • Creating bench / backfill for all positions
  • Building & Inspiring others even outside his/ her team

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to create work schedules and budgets
