Our client, a dynamic and growing luxury brand of restaurants within Cape Town, are looking for a passionate individual who enjoy the challenges of the Hospitality industry.

Individual who wants to grow with a team and continuously improve personal skills to manage their high-end rooftop bar in The Atlantic Seaboard.


Responsibilities and Requirements:


  • Ability to manage stock and maintenance and upkeep of the Bar.
  • Providing a memorable experience to all our guests.
  • Staff Management and the ability to show leadership to the team to optimize and drive revenue.
  • Must have at least two years' experience working in Hospitality in senior management.
  • Own Vehicle and drivers license
  • Experience in luxury environment in food & beverage on a senior level
  • Experience in managing large teams

Salary:
From R25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Restaurant management: 4 years (required)
