    Sales Specialist - Medical Devices

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Salesworx in the VCIC Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing variable consumables interventional cardiology product portfolios with a focus on sales in private and government sectors.

    This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and establish new relationships.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective territory management and product knowledge.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
    • Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to management.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

    Ideal Candidate Attributes/Experience

    • Proven medical sales experience in the Western Cape region.
    • Theatre and Cath-Lab experience is highly desirable.
    • Established relationships with private and government hospitals would be an asset.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
    • South African citizenship.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
