Job description
We are looking for Virtual Sales Account Managers to join our telecommunications campaign to maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by driving New Business and Cross-Selling as well as reduce churn and achieve a 90% in contract portfolio.
This role will exercise your abilities in both as a Hunter and a Farmer within the Telecommunication space.You should work to satisfy customer needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver an overall positive customer experience.
Achievement of Sales targets, and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.Job Responsibilities
Target Achievement:
Achieve individual sales targets and KPI's
Cold calling:
Ability to acquire new clients
Ability to up-sell and cross–sell
Strong focus on acquisitions
Ability to source and convert own leads
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Ability to contact customer base monthly
Prospect and build new client pipelines
Ability to retain out-of-contract and renewable customers
Customer Relationship Management:
Responsible for developing relationships with the assigned customer base and new clients
Create ongoing rapport with business clients
Maintain and grow existing client base
Conduct customer account analysis
Maintain, build and service relationships on a regular basis
Query Management:
Identify, address and resolve concerns / queries
Provide feedback to customers within 2-24hrs
Follow SDT process created for mid to complex query resolution
Reporting:
Provide accurate forecasting daily on Sales Force
Verify sales report daily
Maintain and keep accurate records on opportunities on Sales Force and Excel
Maintain and keep accurate records on Commits weekly
Up-to-date reporting on marketing leads provided
Reports to be submitted within the timeframes required
Processes and Procedures:
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
Ensure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner
Minimum Requirements
Matric/Senior Certificate
2 years solid B2B salesexperience marketing mobile and data solutions to businesses (B2B) coupled with prior account management experience
Proven track record in B2B sales
Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional presentation abilities
Full understanding of large/corporate client and sales principles
Experience within the ICT Industry will be an added advantage
Clear criminal record
